Autumn, View from the West Window

SOLD as "Fjord in Autumn"

This fall was absolutely spectacular in Maryland. The weather was sunny and mild during the daytime, with some crisp, cool nights that helped to generate the intense colors in the leaves of our still small-ish, but growing sugar maples. Usually, we have high winds during this time of year, but these held off for a few weeks and the colorful leaves stayed on the trees, so we were able to enjoy the glorious fall colors on the rolling hills of Frederick County, Maryland. The Fjord horse, added by the new owner's request, is enjoying the beautiful fall day, too.

"Autumn, View from the West Window" is an acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas with painted sides, 9 x 12 x 7/8". Shipping to the lower 48 states only, 9% shipping fee applies.
